Stubborn little girl.

Ok,well I spent literally ALL day at the hospital with this baby IN my stomach. I just went in for a normal OB appt, accompanied by a Non Stess test (monitor the baby, measure amniotic fluid, and watch baby's heart) Well they found out that this little stinker is BREECH, and STUCK. They were planning on doing a Amnio to check fetal lung maturity because of the health issues that have come with this pregnancy. Well after 4, yes FOUR pokes with a needle that aliens use when they want to suck your insides out.... they could not safely get a pocket of fluid to collect some fluid. So I waived my white flag and told them "I QUIT!". So after I nearly blacked out they doctors decided that there is no safe way of checking..... so they wanted to avoid the chance of a C Section, and attempted to TURN the baby. OH wow....I had so many bad words to say in regards to this procedure. I am pretty tough and have a pretty high threshold for pain. Wow... this was brutal. They were able to turn her, but not head down..... she is now transverse (laying side ways, spine up) and STUCK. So there is nothing they can do, I have to let nature do its thing and MAYBE she will turn the rest of the way. OR, thursday I will be having a c section. So I will be accepting all the help I can get *wink* here are some pictures of what is or went on inside me today.. dont worry, its not really me! =)
We will be updating the blog with pictures on thursday, so keep a look out!!

I now know that pain sucks, and well..... I would not wish this pain upon my worst enemy. This would be good torture for terrorist. Seriously I would have sold my soul to make them stop turning the baby! It will be over soon!

I'm so sorry you had to go through that! They did that with Brandon, and it didn't work with him, either. I was NOT a happy camper. You are doing great, and remember, you are almost there! It will all be worth it when you get to hold her!
